Donate a daffodil bulb in memory of your loved one.
Donate a daffodil bulb to be planted in one of our two Memory Meadows (Hamilton and Te Awamutu) in honour of your loved one who has been through or is going through a cancer journey. The meadow will be planted in April, in time to flower for Daffodil Day.
Hamilton Memory Meadow is proudly sponsored by Lodge Real Estate and Hamilton City Council.
Te Awamutu Memory Meadow is proudly sponsored by Waipa District Council.
You are more than welcome to join us on our planting day, Sunday 7 April at Hinemoa Park, Hamilton or Sunday 14 April at Sculpture Park in Te Awamutu and participate in planting your own bulb. You can also nominate who this bulb is in honour of and it will be displayed at the Memory Meadow.
Every bulb donated in Memory Meadow will help the Cancer Society provide supportive care services for people affected by cancer, such as free nursing support, transport to treatment, counselling and accommodation.
See our FAQ page for more details.
